Different? You are the sane one in a insane society! If you're taking tablets - and they're working - never ever feel ashamed!

A sane reaction to a insane society?
ADD/ADHD, bipolarity, depression… - all of these are real! Don't fear the doctors - if you feel unwell, ill, - talk to a doctor a specialist in the field! (I have recently been diagnosed with ADD - It's real - trust my first hand experience!)!

BUT! Consider - are you reacting to a sick and insane society?

It's insane that nudity can be illegal - when it's our natural state! No one is born in sneakers, jeans and a t-shirt!
It's insane that people are miserable - because of sex - a totally natural need!

It's insane that in the western world:
- We work more and get less than we have for 35 years, we work overtime, while others are unemployed! While the chasms between the richest and the rest are greater than ever!
- We get a car and buy clothes for a job we don't like to afford a house or flat - owned by the bank! And stress out during vacation, because we must get the maximum amount of rest!
- We've got more acquaintances, but fewer real close friends, that we meet In Real Life!
- We are judged, perhaps even punished by our peers, for having a healthy appetite for Sex, and a fulfillingly rich sex life - while advertising, media and more is sexualized and more porn is consumed than ever!
- We're reported for indecency, disorderly/offensive behaviour, Anti Social Behaviour Offence - for being naked in our own homes!

What The Fuck! This is not a healthy/sane society! We have all the possibilities and resources we need - yet we're more miserable than ever! I blame Milton Friedman and the fucking "Trickle down idea"!

You are saner than the society! And if you're taking tablets to feel better - and they work - don't be ashamed! Soon I'll be taking tablets to still the tornado of thoughts in my mind!

"what is a sick society?
It is a society where the norm is more important than the people it should protect.
It is a place where what is considered normal is decided by corporations that see people as means, not as ends. It is a place that always externalizes the problem.
It’s never the system, the schools, the economic system or the structure of government.
It’s you.
You aren’t a symptom, you are the cause."

Turning the Problem Around: Mental Health in a Sick Society

"Ideally, what should be said to every child, repeatedly, throughout his or her school life is something like this: ‘You are in the process of being indoctrinated. We have not yet evolved a system of education that is not a system of indoctrination. We are sorry, but it is the best we can do. What you are being taught here is an amalgam of current prejudice and the choices of this particular culture. The slightest look at history will show how impermanent these must be. You are being taught by people who have been able to accommodate themselves to a regime of thought laid down by their predecessors. It is a self-perpetuating system. Those of you who are more robust and individual than others will be encouraged to leave and find ways of educating yourself — educating your own judgements. Those that stay must remember, always, and all the time, that they are being moulded and patterned to fit into the narrow and particular needs of this particular society.
Are more and more people bipolar or just Waking Up? Do we want to drug away their perspectives or are we in a dire need for some fresh points of view? Do we want to deny the fundamentally different way people  can experience the world because it might threaten what is currently socially acceptable?"
